FOCUSED STRETCH
30 minutes - $65
This guided stretch focuses on a muscle region like neck, shoulder, and arms or hips and legs in order to relieve soreness, increase mobility, reduce fatigue, improve blood flow, alleviate stress on joints and improve range of motion. Preparing the body for athletic performance, decreasing the risk of injury and reducing stress and tension are all benefits of this targeted area stretch.
FULL BODY STRETCH
30 or 50 minutes - $65 or $95
A full body stretch targets the major muscle groups to relieve soreness, reduce stress, stimulate circulation, improve mobility, gain optimal range of motion, prevent injury, and much more! This guided full body stretch is customized to meet your needs whether you are a professional athlete, a stay at home mom, a weekend warrior, or a desk bound employee. STRETCH PLUS
75 minutes - $125
This session is a 45 minute full body stretch plus a 30 minute session in our recovery lounge. Our recovery lounge offers you packages like a post workout routine, an arms refresh, a legs refresh, a game day prep session and much more! If you are an athlete or anyone looking to reduce the feelings of stress and tension, we have the recovery protocol you need to increase your energy and feel better from head to toe.
